Steven Hill is a Professional Building Surveyor with broad experience within the development industry. Steven has a 26 year employment history within the development industry which includes town planning and building certification for Local Government and private enterprise; fire safety analysis; building design; quantity surveying; teaching construction at TAFE; construction management; project management and administration of environmental law. 
Steve has prepared documentation as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court and the Supreme Court of NSW with successful outcomes. Steve received a commendation from State-wide Mutual for fire safety management in NSW and he has previously been awarded the National Young Achiever Award from the Australian Institute of Building for his dedication to the development industry. Steve is also a two time National Full Contact Karate champion (Middle weight) for the year 2015 and 2016.
Steve is a registered A1 Building Surveyor and has experience in investigating building failures and preparing rehabilitation strategies including design documentation and bills of quantities. Steven has project managed developments up to the value of $100 million and is the Chief Executive Officer of Sixhills Group Pty/Ltd




Nathan Bartlett

Nathan is passionate about development and has established core disciplines in town planning, strategic planning and development control through experience in both local government (17 years at Tamworth Regional Council & Gunnedah Shire Council) and in the private sector (7 years with Development Application Planning Services & Sixhills Group). His experience extends from urban and rural residential developments to agricultural, commercial & industrial projects throughout the New England North West region as well as subdivision and land rezoning applications. Nathan has extensive experience in the assessment of Development Applications and the preparation of technical planning reports for consideration by Planning Panels.

Nathan has been an integral part of developing local government instruments & managing long term planning projects including Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans as well as open space, regional gateway beautification and industrial revitalisation strategies. In the private sector, he has prepared Statements of Environmental Effects and has lodged numerous development applications for commercial, industrial and high-order residential land uses.

James has dual qualifications in building surveying & urban and regional planning and has previously been employed as a Town Planner and a Building Certifier within Local Government in NSW.
James has wide range of experience in building code compliance, fire safety upgrade reports and the provision of legislative advice and is a registered A2 Accredited Building Surveyor with the NSW Building Professionals Board.
James has resided within the Tamworth region since 1987 and is passionate about ensuring compliance with legislative standards, including safety and quality of building and development within the area is maintained.

Chloe is an Executive Assistant at Six Hills Group Pty Ltd, providing essential services and administrative support to the CEO and the Town Planning & Building Certification Team.
Chloe has an extensive background in financial services and training industries, working in both management and compliance positions within Regional NSW and the Hunter Valley. Chloe has liaised with State Training Services and Australian Apprenticeships to co-ordinate over 200 traineeships within the mining industry; conducted audits; compiled compliance reports and developed relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services and training industries.
